One of the latest recruits to Red Kite Law in Pembrokeshire is employment law solicitor Collette Davies.
Collette specialises in advising public and private sector clients on a wide range of employment law issues.
Her experience includes unfair and wrongful dismissal, grievance procedures, discrimination and harassment and business reorganisation.
She has joined Red Kite Law after working at Eversheds, where she trained and qualified into the pensions team, advising multinational and public sector employers, trustees of large occupational pension schemes and pension providers on all aspects of pensions law.
Collette, 28, is a Welsh speaker.
Originally from Pembrokeshire, she has returned to the area and lives near Letterston.
In her spare time she plays hockey for Fishguard & Goodwick Ladies Hockey Club, and enjoys running, netball and music.
Collette said: “Employment law issues are crucially important in the modern business world and I am looking forward to working with current and new clients in Pembrokeshire and West Wales.
“Businesses must be aware nowadays that keeping up-to-date with employment law can make a huge difference. Getting the best possible advice is crucial.”
