New ‘quality mark’ for QualitySolicitors Redkite legal aid services

The team at QualitySolicitors Redkite, the biggest law firm in West Wales, has just been awarded a new ‘quality mark’ for legal aid services. The firm has received the Specialist Quality Mark (SQM), a benchmark first introduced in 2002 as a quality management system for legal aid providers. It is part of a family of standards that aims to enable legal services providers and organisations to demonstrate that they are well-managed, provide good levels of client care and have systems in place to ensure delivery of good quality advice. Red Kite Law moves one wing of business into new centre

The newest and biggest law firm in West Wales, Red Kite Law, is moving one wing of its business into the new high-tech Bridge Innovation Centre (BIC) in Pembroke Dock. Tender success a first for Red Kite Law

The newest and biggest law firm in South West Wales, Red Kite Law, has chalked up its first major tender success. The firm has been successful in tendering to provide legal services to the South West Wales Legal Consortium. The consortium includes 11 local authorities, three police authorities, Mid and West Wales Fire & Rescue Authority and Swansea University. “It’s a big feather in our cap and a good start to establishing ourselves as a major force in the legal world in Wales, said Red Kite Law managing partner Luke Smith. “We are a new firm and a great deal of hard work had to go into our tender bid.
