The dust is starting to settle after the Welsh defeat in the rugby World Cup semi-finals. Feeling a bit drained and empty after the rollercoaster ride. Yes, there will be plenty of debate about the red card. But we shouldn't ignore the fact our guys did Wales proud. They deserve a heroes' welcome on their return home.

Jenkins the Bakers are doing their bit to add to the Wales rugby roar for the World Cup in New Zealand.
