Hywel Dda Health Board | Wales outlines plans for an expert group on adoption Gwenda Thomas, Deputy Minister for Social Services and Children, has outlined plans to establish an expert group to inform and develop policy on a National Adoption Service. Leaders from the adoption system have been invited to join the group. Members will have a vital role to play in the development of a new National Adoption Service. They will also consider the significant reforms necessary to transform current adoption systems.
