Nominate a local nurse in the RCN in Wales Nurse of the Year 2013
People in Carmarthenshire, Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire who may have been cared for by an exemplary nurse are being encouraged by Hywel Dda Health Board to make a nomination in the 2013 Nurse of the Year Award. Now in its second year, the Royal College of Nursing (RCN) in Wales Annual Nurse of the Year Awards will be held in the City Hall Cardiff on Wednesday, 27 November 2013. These awards demonstrate the value of the nursing family and honour best practice within the community. They were created to highlight nursing’s best and brightest lights. Nurses can be nominated by peers, teams, managers, patients and the general public. All qualified nurses and midwives registered to practice in Wales, pre-registration nursing students and healthcare support workers are eligible to enter the Awards.
