Hywel Dda Health Board | First Minister renews commitment to public health The First Minister of Wales Carwyn Jones, will be speaking at the Welsh Public Health Conference for the second year running. The second Welsh Public Health Conference is being held on Wednesday 18 July 2012 at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Cardiff. The conference, titled ‘Together for Public Health’ is based around Together for Health, the Welsh Government’s five year vision for the NHS in Wales.

Hywel Dda Health Board | Registration opens for Welsh Public Health Conference Registration is now open for the second Welsh Public Health Conference being held on 18 July 2012 at the Royal Welsh College of Music and Drama, Cardiff. The conference, titled ‘Together for Public Health’ will have a very practical focus and is for policy makers and decision makers in the Welsh Government, NHS, local government and the third sector. The conference theme is based around Together for Health, the Welsh Government’s five year vision for the NHS in Wales.

The conference, titled ‘Together for Public Health’ is the second Public Health Conference to be held in Wales. Jointly organised by Public Health Wales and the Welsh Government and in partnership with the Welsh Local Government Association (WLGA) and Wales Council for Voluntary Action (WCVA), the 2011 conference attracted policy makers, leaders and public health professionals from across the public sector.
