New business development manager for Celtic Couriers

Paul Davies has joined the Celtic Couriers team as Business Development Manager. Paul is pictured being welcomed to the Burry Port HQ by General Manager Gareth Jenkins, left. Paul, 45, is a Llanelli boy through and through, born and bred in Llwynhendy and with footballing links to Trallwm and Pwll clubs. Educated at Brynwgyn Comprehensive in Llanelli, Paul has worked with Best Ways Direct, Tesco, Butlins and Calsonic Llanelli Radiators. Paul lives in Carmarthen. Paul said: "I'd like to think that I have extensive experience of identifying the needs of corporate customers and of running and delivering sales and marketing campaigns for key clients. "I aim to quickly understand the mission, vision and values of the company and I am now looking at bringing on board some key accounts for Celtic Couriers. Hywel Dda Health Board welcomes AMs to Withybush Hospital

Hywel Dda Health Board has welcomed AMs Darren Millar and Paul Davies for a visit to Withybush Hospital. Chairman Chris Martin, Hospital Director Iain Robertson-Steel and Acute Services Manager Mandy Davies accompanied Mr Millar and Mr Davies on their visit. They were given a tour of the state-of-the-art Accident and Emergency Unit and update of the progress of the new renal unit development which is due for completion in 2014. He visited women’s and children’s service and had a chance to talk with the county’s consultant paediatrician. Chairman Chris Martin said: “We were happy to be able to give Mr Millar and Mr Davies this chance to visit Withybush Hospital and meet with staff. “We had an open and honest discussion regarding the future of services at the hospital and reassured them that Withybush Hospital is very much a major healthcare provider in the future plans for Hywel Dda Health Board. “We acknowledge their concerns regarding the Special Care Baby Unit at the hospital and t...
