Hywel Dda Health Board | Interactive tool wins top award An interactive tool for wound assessments has won a national award. Hywel Dda Health Board’s Primary Care Wound Care Template Project won a British Journal of Nursing Awards 2012 for innovative practice in tissue viability. This is the first electronic interactive wound assessment tool to be developed in England and Wales.
