Krav Maga classes kick off in Carmarthen
Regular readers of this blog will remember I have mentioned Krav Maga self defence classes before. Krav Maga self defence seminars have been running across Carmarthenshire and Pembrokeshire over the past few months. They have managed to establish a strong interest in Carmarthen and are now setting up regular training classes. Classes will be held at the Carmarthen Leisure Centre in Johnstown, starting on Thursday 28th July. Kids Krav (ages 8-15 years old) will run 7.15 – 8.15pm and adult beginners will run 8.15 to 9.30pm. Krav Maga is an altogether different system of defense which can be taught to anyone, of any age, sex, physical fitness or agility with a fearsome reputation for its powerful effectiveness in personal defense and fitness.
