You've heard of Three Stooges and the Three Tenors . . . Now there's the Three Comedians. Three of the most celebrated comedians in Wales will be taking to the ‘field of play’ in Ystradgynlais later this week. The occasion sees the reprise of the famous ‘The Dragon Has Three Tongues’ show, featuring Phil Evans (above), Daniel Glyn and Gary Slaymaker. “There be plenty of tongue-in-cheek points scoring a few conversions to the best in Welsh comedy,” promises Ammanford-based Phil Evans. The acclaimed show has played in all four corners of Wales and was taken on its first ‘foreign tour’ last year when it formed the cornerstone of St David’s Day celebrations in Toronto in Canada.
