British Red Cross summer service continues to help people in Tenby
Tourists, visitors and residents are being reminded that the British Red Cross Summer Service is operating seven days a week from Tenby Hospital. The service was successfully piloted over weekends and bank holidays last summer and this year is also operating during the week. British Red Cross use a group of skilled individuals experienced in providing first aid at public events to give top quality care to people visiting the hospital. Over 50 people have already benefited from the free service so far this year. Nigel Davies, senior services manager for the Red Cross, said: “The service is being well received by locals and holidaymakers and we are happy to provide this additional services over the summer.” The Red Cross summer service is just one option if you are feeling unwell.
