Millionaire Kevin Green hit by 'gold rush' of dating opportunities!

Image
Multi-millionaire wealth-coach Kevin Green is counting riches of a different kind today (Weds, October 5). He’s coping with a ‘gold rush’ of dating opportunities after his appearance on the Channel 5 show How The Other Half Lives. The show explores the lifestyles of the super rich. And the conversation between Kevin and hosts Eamonn Holmes and Ruth Langsford quickly turned to his ‘eligible bachelor’ status. “Things have gone totally bonkers this morning,” Green said from his family home in Burry Port, West Wales. “The email has exploded and my social media feeds on Twitter and Facebook are in overdrive with direct messages. “By 8am this morning, I’d received more than 150 offers of dates. “I don’t know when I’m going to get time to read them all as they are still coming in. “I’ve only had time to skim read a few – some are quirky, some are written in language that you know belongs to a gold-digger, some appear genuine.” Kevin’s single status was highlighted on the show after...

Millionaire’s secrets revealed for farmers and landowners

Image
Welsh multi-millionaire, social entrepreneur and wealth-coach, Kevin Green inspired an audience of farming and landowning entrepreneurs at the CLA Cymru pavilion at the Royal Welsh Show tonight. “How’s it done? – Is the question I get asked all the time,” Kevin told his audience. “I’m never going to say it’s easy, but I’ve got some insights into how dynamic people can get the best out of themselves and their business partners - and get the best from their precious resources. “Farmers and landowners are already like the invaluable ‘multi-tool’ on the work-bench. “Multi-skilled, they are committed, determined and self-motivated. They are self-sufficient, but often draw upon a highly supportive network who are not just supporters but are believers in their work. “As a group they are doggedly determined – their blood is in the land and the land is in their blood.” Kevin Green has been a successful dairy-farmer and is now a highly successful businessman, juggling one of the UK’s bigges...

Entrepreneur Kevin Green delighted with response to new book

Image
For a man who’s been “too busy” to spend time promoting his new book, Kevin Green can still afford to smile this week. In the space of five days, more than 1000 copies of The Rich Rules have been sold – and the book has just gone ‘live’ on Amazon. The book was launched at Wrexham’s new Carnival of Books festival – but Green has found it difficult finding the time to promote a book which majors on ‘steps to wealth and happiness’. “Just after launching the book, I was heading for the airport to board a flight to South Africa for a speaking engagement in Johannesburg,” said 51-year-old Green. “It seems to be the way of things nowadays as I am lucky to be in demand as a business and motivation public speaker at major events worldwide. “I had to fit in the book launch just after returning from a trip to New Zealand, so the last few weeks have been a whirlwind and getting time to promote the new book has been a struggle. “It’s been a bonkers couple of weeks with all the travelling and I...

UK's largest private landlord Kevin Green warns against cap on rents

Image
The UK's largest private sector housing landlord, Kevin Green, has warned against a Labour Party proposal to cap rent increases. "Meddling with the free market always leads to fallout in some shape or form," the 50-year-old social entrepreneur said. "I know some people will say, 'Yes, he is bound to argue against rentals caps as he is a landlord.' But it is not all about self-interest. It is about common-sense. "I've built up years of experience in the marketplace in private sector housing - so I know what works and what doesn't work. "Believe you me, this Labour Party idea won't work. "It is a policy that the Labour Party thinks will score them brownie points with the general public. "But I simply don't agree with capping the rent market. "Whenever a free market supply and demand is meddled with, there is always fallout, which will inevitably cost the Government more money. "It makes no commercia...

Millionaire Kevin Green helping son make some ‘lolly’

Image
Social entrepreneur and multi-millionaire Kevin Green doesn’t mind getting his hands dirty with some manual labour when it comes to making money. But he’s also been learning how to keep his hands clean – by taking time out from his busy schedule to study for a food hygiene certificate. The 50-year-old property landlord and multi-business owner has been swotting up on food hygiene for a new venture which is very much a family affair. Son Carwyn, already a budding entrepreneur at just 18, has a couple of new business ventures, including one as an ice-cream salesman. Carwyn has applied for all the licences to take his mobile ice-cream stall on the road when the weather gets warmer this spring. A food hygiene certificate was one of the ‘must-haves’ on Carwyn’s list – and dad Kevin agreed to go along for the ride when he attended a Level 2 food safety and handling certificate course at Cardiff-based health and safety provider Ajuda. Kevin explained: “I actually helped open the new Ajud...

Social entrepreneur and millionaire Kevin Green gives reaction to Budget

Image
Social entrepreneur and millionaire Kevin Green has given his reaction to Chancellor George Osborne's Budget -  I am very glad and that I invested my monthly pension contribution into a house rather than a pension. I am not paying intermediaries massive fees - and cutting out the middle-man means that my family are much more financially secure. The other question I would ask regarding the pension changes is: why would you pull money out of a pension and then get slapped with income tax? I also wonder why people bother locking money up in ISAs, when they may be better off shopping around for a high interest account which can achieve the same thing, if not better. I sometimes wonder with ‘vehicles’ such as the ISA, who really benefits? The customer or the introducer? I think I know the answer to that one! There’s a good plus point in the Budget with the Home Equity scheme being extended. It shows evidence that the Government wants to kick-start the economy. The extension of t...

Secret Millionaire Kevin Green turns into Secret Chauffeur!

Image
Secret Millionaire Kevin Green turned into the secret chauffeur to help make a wedding day dream come true. Mr Green, 50, donned a chauffeur’s hat and turned up in his cherished Aston Martin to help do the honours for Swansea couple Kevin and Wanda Harding. “As requests for help go, it was pretty unusual,” admitted Mr Green. “By all accounts, Wanda had been on the motorway when I overtook in my Aston Martin, which has a cherished number plate YE54 KEV (Yes for Kev). “There were only a few days to go before the wedding, but she thought it would be a wonderful surprise to ‘borrow’ the car to drive her new husband Kevin to church. “She tracked me down through a mutual friend and she was persuasive enough to convince me to hire myself out as chauffeur for the day. “The couple agreed to hold a special collection at the church for the Make A Wish Foundations, knowing that it is the main charity I support. I am an Ambassador for Make A Wish and was only too pleased to help out.” ...

Millionaire Kevin Green 'appalled and disgusted by RBS'

Multi-millionaire businessman Kevin Green today joined the growing clamour for action against banks who put the squeeze on small businesses. “I am appalled and disgusted by the actions of RBS,” said Green, who runs a massive private property portfolio and other enterprises in a number of business sectors. “Conversations with other businesses throughout Wales suggest that RBS isn’t the only culprit here. “But they are, of course, the ones currently in the spotlight and receiving all the media attention. “The treatment of SMEs (small and medium-sized enterprises) by RBS is nothing short of scandalous. “Stories of the bank exploiting the small print in loan deals abound today. For example, one business I know missed a loan repayment one month and quickly found themselves heading down the road of default. “The pressure put on customers by RBS is neither fair nor morally acceptable. The old joke about banks pulling away the umbrella the minute it starts to rain appears to be very true in to...
