Carmarthenshire Council has responded to the latest changes to bin collections in the county by issuing answers to Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) - A number of changes have been made to bin collections in Carmarthenshire from October 31 and Carmarthenshire Council has put together some of your frequently asked questions.
