Top chef to host Masterclass
Chef Valentine Warner, presenter of the BBC2 series ‘What to Eat Now', is to host Pembrokeshire Fish Week 2010's Fish and Shellfish Masterclass on 30th June. Valentine will be preparing and cooking a variety of delicious seasonal fish and shellfish dishes from the Welsh coast. "The Fish and Shellfish Masterclass is one of Fish Week's most popular events, and this year promises to be really exciting with Val at the helm," said Kate Morgan, organiser of Fish Week and Food Officer for Pembrokeshire County Council. She added: "Val is one of the most inspirational young chefs on television at the moment, and is well-known for his great recipes and passion for British, seasonal produce."
