Pembrokeshire pupils stay awake for charity

Members of a Pembrokeshire Youth Club gave up a night's sleep recently in aid of charity.
Thirty three young people and six staff from Pembroke Dock Youth Club staged a sponsored stay-awake in aid of Children In Need.
Members played games and competitions and kept their spirits up until the early hours with disco and Karaoke.
The sponsored stay awake raised a total of £762.25 for charity.
Youth Worker Matt Done of Pembrokeshire Youth - Pembrokeshire County Council's youth service - said they were very grateful for all the support and help they received in keeping awake through the night.
"We'd like to thank local people and businesses for their kind donations of prizes for the competitions - along with donations of food and drink to keep us going - as well as a special thank you to our Police Community Support Worker Nadia Sullivan for all her hard work," he said.
"And a big thank you too to all the young people for making it such an enjoyable event."
