Festive markets in Pembrokeshire
Three special Christmas farmers' markets will be held in Haverfordwest over the festive season.
The markets will be held at Riverside Shopping on Friday 11th and 18th of December (9am to 3pm) and on Wednesday, 23rd December (9am to 1pm).
Shoppers can also place Christmas orders on 11th or 18th December and pick up their orders at the market on the 23rd - fresh for Christmas Day.
Stalls will be jam-packed with all sorts of Christmas produce, from farm-reared turkeys to free-range geese, winter vegetables, preserves, farmhouse cheeses, home-made Christmas cakes, mince pies and much more. For a special festive treat, why not try wild boar, pheasant and cranberry sausages, home-made black pudding and boar meatballs (baubles), gingerbread houses, or rum and coconut truffles?
If you're looking for presents, there's a great selection of Christmas hampers and winter planted baskets - or put together your own hamper filled with local produce.
Helping shoppers get into the festive spirit will be carol singers from Prendergast School at 10am on 11th December, and Fenton School at 10.30am on 18th December.
And don't miss the free prize draw with the chance to win a Christmas hamper of Haverfordwest farmers' market produce. Pick up a leaflet from any stallholder, complete the form, return it, and keep your fingers crossed for the draw on 23rd December!
A wide range of Christmas produce is also available from Fishguard's Christmas Farmers' Market and Pembroke's Christmas Farmers' Market, both on 19th December.
