Find out about keeping your heart healthy in Ceredigion
Hywel Dda Health Board’s cardiac rehabilitation team are organising three health fairs where people can find out about keeping themselves healthy. The events will include free heart screening for people between the ages of 16-40, blood pressure testing, cholesterol testing, blood sugar tests, free exercise taster sessions, body composition analysis and fitness testing. Experts including the National Exercise Referral Team, a cardiac rehabilitation nurse specialist, a stroke prevention nurse specialist and a stop smoking advisor will also be on hand to offer advice.
