First BBQ Week for Carmarthenshire
Celebrate the start of summer with Carmarthenshire’s first BBQ week and the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee. Attend the launch event in Carmarthen the oldest town in Wales on June 2, enjoy barbecue demonstrations by Celebrity Chef BBQ Ben, first winner of Britain’s Best BBQ and regularly gives talks and demonstrations all over the country as President of the British BBQ Association. He writes regularly for the trade press and is a food writer for the Guardian and Sunday Times. His numerous television appearances include Daybreak, This Morning and Ready Steady Cook.
