All eyes will be on the Pink Pavilion at the Carmarthenshire National Eisteddfod this weekend, with plenty of treats in store for lovers of good singing.
On Saturday, August 2, some of the top stars from Wales will be celebrating 100 years of Welsh songs.
Some of the most famous Welsh songs of the past century will be performed by Burry Port hero John Owen-Jones, Carmarthen’s Wynne Evans and other soloists including Shan Cothi and Kizzy Crawford.
Saturday sees the start of the choral competitions on The Maes (the Eisteddfod field at Festival Fields at Llanelli’s Millennium Castal Park).

They will be up against Côr Bro Meirion, Côr CF1, Côr Llanddarog a'r Cylch and Côr Crymych a’r Cylch.
On Sunday, Lleisiau Hardd will be flying the flag for Llanelli in the competition for choir with up to 35 members.
