Crunch night for Carmarthen Town

With the season into its last week, Carmarthen Town have two vital games to win if they are to retain Welsh Premier status.
In a game that could seal the future of both clubs, Town entertain Haverfordwest County on tonight in what could well be a 'winner takes all' affair before welcoming Elements Cefn Druids to Richmond Park for the final game of the season on Saturday.
Manager Deryn Brace said: “We have to be confident, we know we can get there. We have two difficult games but I’m confident we have the character and commitment to get the results. Haverfordwest are a decent outfit. They have taken points off TNS, Rhyl and Llanelli so we know they can rise to the big occasion.
“There are several players that that have played for both clubs, so it will be an intriguing affair. Both sides will obviously fancy their chances.
“I think our strength is mobility and a little bit more power. Haverfordwest have got good pace and goal scorers. They’ve probably got one of the hottest goal scorers in the League in Jack Christopher with 12 goals since Christmas. He’s certainly going to be a player to watch."
KO @ Richmond Park on Tuesday is at 7.30 pm.
