Garden Date for Bretons at the 'Botanic'
Garden Date for Bretons | The National Botanic Garden of Wales
A Breton band will be playing celtic music and dancing in celebration of a special ‘twinning’ milestone at a local landmark.
The Lesneven-based ensemble Bagad Bro Even will be in the National Botanic Garden on Friday (May 25) to celebrate 30 years of twinning between Carmarthen and the Brittany town.
A party of around 70 will visit the Garden and the 30-strong band and dancers will perform – in full Breton costume, complete with headdresses – from about 10.30am.
