Video recordings taken during a rugby match are being sought by police after an incident left a player need hospital treatment.
“On Saturday 21st April Laugharne Rugby Club were playing Furnace Rugby Club at home,” said Sergeant Mark McSweeney. “At some point during the match, some sort of pushing and shoving has broken out between players from both sides.
“During this incident one of the Furnace players has been struck to the face from behind causing him to have some quite serious injuries that have required hospital treatment. We are now trying to see whether anyone has witnessed the incident or if anyone has video recorded it."
