Two Polish men who pleaded guilty to a string of burglary offences across the country have today been sentenced to seven years and are due to be deported back to Poland when they’ve served their sentence.
Ryszard Elert and Krzyszstof Karmaciuk committed their offences over a 15 month period between October 2010 and December 2011. They were eventually identified and caught thanks to technology invested in and deployed by Dyfed Powys Police. A proceeds of crime hearing has also been adjourned as Dyfed Powys Police are pursuing financial assets identified in Poland.
