Carmarthenshire rubbish bags help

Blue refuse bags may be taken to four of Carmarthenshire’s household waste recycling centres for the next two weeks.
Whitland, Trostre, Nantycaws and Wernddu centres all remain open despite adverse weather conditions.
Llangadog household waste recycling site is closed until further notice.
Blue bags are being allowed at the sites to help householders affected by disruptions to refuse and recycling collections during the recent adverse weather.
Carmarthenshire’s environment executive board member Cllr Haydn Jones said: “We are allowing blue bags to be taken to our waste centres for the next two weeks to help those people who have accumulated recycling waste due to the disruptions in our normal collection service.”
