Dyfed-Powys Police complaint statistics released

Dyfed-Powys Police complaint statistics released | Llanelli Star
The total number of complaints made against Dyfed-Powys Police increased 15% in 2012/13 – then fell 1% to 328 in 2013/14.
Across England and Wales in 2013/14, the number of complaints increased by 15%.
Today’s new figures come from the Independent Police Complaints Commission report.
The report says that some of the overall increase in 2013/14 nationally is down to the definition of a complaint being broadened beyond an officer’s conduct to include ‘direction and control’ matters to do with operational policing.
