Have your children eaten too much chocolate over the Easter period? If so this Healthy Wednesday why not think about getting them active? All children and young people aged 5 -18 should engage in moderate to vigorous intensity physical activity for at least 60 minutes and up to several hours every day, according to the Hywel Dda Health Board.
