Llandeilo tourist village plan

BBC News - Llandeilo tourist village plan targets Chinese market
Chinese visitors are at the heart of plans for a luxury £50m tourist village in rural south west Wales.
China-based Maxhard Ltd wants to build a 100-bed hotel and 80 holiday homes with a swimming pool on a 22-acre site (9 hectares) in Carmarthenshire.
The development, near Llandeilo, would be marketed to a "select international clientele".

But where in Carmarthenshire? No-one seems to know. I hope the Chinese like Windafarms. An awful lot are being planned for rural Carmarthenshire. Just the thing for a thriving tourist industry, a few massive windfarms in the most beautiful parts of Wales. Just what every tourist really wants to see. I am sure they will all be back to see more windfarms in the future.
Whose bright idea is this anyway? Talk about joined up thinking... tourism and windfarms do not mix.

Think it's this one. Just found it on the county council planning website. Think it's near the current timeshare place at Pantglas, Llanfynydd.
