Newcastle Emlyn store plan approved

Plans for a Lidl store in Newcastle Emlyn have been approved by Carmarthenshire planners today.
The planning committee considered an application for the development of a Lidl foodstore at Castle Motors in Station Road.
Planning permission was granted subject to a Section 106 Agreement to provide improvements to public transport facilities in the form new/upgraded bus shelters in the area.
