Carmarthenshire recycling centres boost

The clocks have gone forward, the nights are getting lighter and Carmarthenshire’s Household Waste Recycling Centres (HWRCs) are open later.
From Thursday, April 1, all five sites will be open from 9am to 7pm to make it as easy as possible for residents to recycle and dispose of their waste.
The county’s HWRCs, which are located at: Trostre (Llanelli), Nantycaws (Carmarthen), Wernddu (Ammanford), Whitland and Llangadog, are open seven days a week.
Llangadog only is closed on Good Friday and Easter Sunday.
For further information on what materials can be recycled at the HWRCs visit www.carmarthenshire.gov.uk
