Enjoying the Match of the Day in style is top of the menu at Carmarthen Town AFC’s new revamped clubhouse at Richmond Park.
The new suite offers premier views of Richmond Park and a value-for-money hospitality package which is winning new fans for the Welsh Premier League side.
Recent guests at the Richmond Park hospitality suite have included three prominent Llanelli Scarlets players, Ken Owens, Rhys Priestland and Jonathan Davies.
The suite is already a big hit with Carmarthen businessmen. Recent hospitality sponsors have included Delme Owens, of Carmarthenshire Tyre Services, Nigel Roberts, of the HSBC bank, Neil Alexander, of EMC Electrical Services, and David Butler, of Clay Shaw Butler accountants.
Mr Butler said: “The revamped facilities at Richmond Park are excellent. Corporate hospitality is key for any successful sporting club nowadays and Carmarthen Town AFC has got it right with a package which offers superb value for money.”
Club chairman Jeff Thomas said corporate hospitality at the ground was a bargain, costing just £35 a head. “For that, you can wine and dine is some style,” he said.
“You have unrivalled views of all the action on the pitch, you can get to meet some of the key players and you can keep an eye on the other sporting action around the country on our big screens.
