Recruitment Open Day at Bronglais Hospital, Aberystwyth

Bronglais Hospital is making its mark as an excellent place to fulfil medical, nursing and other healthcare careers.
Hywel Dda University Health Board is promoting the hospital and all it can offer at a Recruitment Open Day to be held at the hospital on Friday 14 October 2016 between 10am – 2pm.
The day will showcase the varied roles on offer at the hospital and in Ceredigion, as well as the many services provided at the hospital which are innovative and amongst the best in the UK.
For example, the hospital has come top in Wales in a UK wide audit of care for patients undergoing emergency laparotomy for the second year running.
It is all part of a huge recruitment effort to attract medical, nursing and other healthcare professionals to local healthcare services.
There are a number of roles within all scheduled and unscheduled care services, as well as primary care.
Lisa Gostling, Director of Workforce and Organisational Development for Hywel Dda University Health Board: “We are continuing to do everything we can to fill our vacant posts across Hywel Dda, including looking for staff aboard due to the nationwide shortage of nursing and medical staff.
“Our hospitals are situated in a beautiful part of Wales and we are offering excellent career opportunities, with access to innovative training and development programmes and unique staff benefits to attract the best candidates for the job and the best people to care for you.”
Interested healthcare professionals are encouraged to come along and find out what Bronglais has to offer and meet with Medical and Nursing Representatives.
