The Landscape and Heritage grant, delivered by Carmarthenshire County Council’s Tywi Centre, aims to support projects that promote the area’s cultural distinctiveness.
It is funded by the Rural Development Plan for Wales 2007 -2013 which is funded by the Welsh Government and European Agricultural Fund for Rural Development and also Natural Resources Wales, National Trust and Carmarthenshire County Council.
The developments enhance the new woodland, cycle and bridle paths in the area and also complement the Romans in Carmarthenshire, a CADW heritage tourism project which has been part-funded by the European Regional Development Fund through the Welsh Government.
