Hunt for owners of abandoned animals in 'pitiful condition'

Hunt for owners of abandoned animals in 'pitiful condition' | This is South Wales
People are being urged to come forward with information after two ponies and a horse were found abandoned near the Amman Valley.
The RSPCA said the animals were discovered in a pitiful condition in two separate incidents within the past two weeks.
The first was on Cwmgors Mountain and the other near Glanaman.
It follows a spate of horses being abandoned in the county, notably in Kidwelly and Llanelli last year.
