Aberglasney summer concert shelved

The summer concert at Aberglasney House and Gardens in the Tywi Valley (originally planned for June) has been shelved as the staff at Aberglasney concentrate on building an extended programme of regular events at the gardens.
Last year’s concert featured Bryn Terfel and Wynne Evans and was televised for S4C.
Aberglasney Chief Executive Roger Evans said: “With renovations to the mansion house, 2012 is going to be very busy. We are planning for more regular events spread over the year with a plan to bring the concert back in 2013.”
