Interesting piece in the Telegraph today.
Sir Ray is one of the few executives remaining positive about the struggling regional and local newspaper sector, still buying titles and saving jobs where possible in the belief that a mix of "names, faces and places" sells local titles.
Hooray! Nice to see someone recognises a simple truth.
