Welsh forces want council tax rise for policing

BBC News - Welsh forces want council tax rise for policing
Police forces across Wales are looking for council tax payers to contribute more towards the cost of policing.
Gwent, Dyfed-Powys and North Wales police authorities are all looking for increases next year, after a 5% rise agreed for the South Wales force.
Police authorities say they face a tough situation with less UK government funding available.
