Around 500 people who packed out a public meeting to discuss hospital services in Llanelli have declared a vote of no confidence in the Hywel Dda Health Board.
A heated meeting at the Selwyn Samuel Centre saw residents from across the town, along with the Swansea communities of Gowerton and Gorseinon, turn out to voice concerns over the future of Prince Philip Hospital.
