Carmarthenshire bungalows boost

The Welsh Assembly Government has approved, in principle, Carmarthenshire County Council’s proposals to build 39 bungalows in Llanelli and Kidwelly.
The Full Council backed plans for the £3.6million scheme more than a year ago and have since lobbied the Assembly for a decision.
The Assembly’s recent ‘approval in principle’ means the council can push forward with gaining the relevant planning permission for the development.
