Llanelli firm gets top award

One of Llanelli’s most dynamic businesses has received a prestigious international quality award.
The PAI group of companies, based at Heol Rhosyn, Dafen Park, Llanelli, has just received a landmark ISO certificate.
The quality management award recognises the PAI group’s achievements in audio-visual, lighting, sound and sign work in the leisure, retail, education, heritage and sports industries.
“It is a very noteable achievement for our group of companies,” said PAI group director Paul Adams.
“It is a reflection of the importance we put into quality management in a huge range of different projects.
“We are very proud to receive the ISO 9001:2008 certificate and it is a testament to the hard work of every member of staff in the PAI group.”
The PAI group has more than four decades of experience in helping businesses with audio-visual, lighting, sound and dynamic signage.
PAI group technical director Andy Bonehill said: “Our philosophy is founded on providing value for money, while not compromising on quality.”
The company group is made up four distinct units – PAI, Link-AV, Vaughan Sound Installations Ltd and Lighting Technology Projects Ltd.
Quality Manager Trevor Owen said: “We specialise in the design, supply and installation of bespoke audio-visual, lighting, sound and dynamic signage solutions to the leisure, retail, education, heritage, hotel, stadiums and sports industries
“Our ISO 9001 accreditation will now cement our continued commitment to quality and procedures.”
The PAI group’s client list portfolio includes The London Eye, Hard Rock Cafes International, Virgin Megastores, Warner Village Cinemas, The LC leisure centre in Swansea, the Liberty Stadium in Swansea, Parc y Scarlets, Llanelli, the Celtic Manor Hotel in Newport and the Stradey Park Hotel in Llanelli.

I know this is two years ago, but I would still like to congratulate the PAI group of companies for passing the ISO registration process. I'm sure that the company has established itself long ago as a provider of high caliber products and services, but acquiring the ISO certification (9001) takes that to a higher level. Indeed, it's something to be proud of. Bravo!
