Sound advice . . .
After popping the ligaments in my knee, the best advice I received all weekend came from physiotheraptist-to-be daughter Kathryn.
She advises patients to take care on climbing stairs by following the advice - use your good foot first when climbing up the stairs and use your bad foot first when going down the stairs.
Or, as she tells it: "Good to heaven; bad to hell."
