The latest 'Shop Elli' column about the St Elli Shopping Centre

The latest 'Shop Elli' column about the St Elli Shopping Centre (edited version appears in Llanelli Star today) -

The team at the St Elli Shopping Centre is gearing-up for Christmas.
“There are many different events planned, but a particular favourite is the annual Reindeer Parade on Sunday, November 24,” said centre manager Andrew Stephens.
“We are looking for groups, clubs and organisations who may want to take part in the walking parade.
“Each year, we have the Army Cadets, the Academy and Friendship theatre groups, Llanelli Gymnastics Club, the Sea Cadets and the St John Ambulance. There may be other groups out there who want to promote their Christmas activities. In which case, get in touch to join the parade.
“The parade takes in Market Street, Gelli Onn and Vaughn Street before arriving back at the St Elli Centre.”
Anyone interested should email Andrew Stephens on andrew.stephens@stelli.co.uk or call 01554 746603

Sarah Davies
Sarah Davies is the supervisor at the new Card Centre shop at the St Elli Shopping Centre.
Sarah, 32, was educated at St John Lloyd School in Llanelli and has previously worked at Mothercare, The Works and Little Steps boutique baby shop on the market.
Sarah said: “We’d like to stress that this is a brand new shop. We are not in any way associated with the previous card shop that occupied the same premises in the St Elli Centre.
“We are a permanent store and not short-term. We are a Welsh company that offers value, quality and service. We are looking forward to welcoming customers to our new Llanelli branch.
“The Card Centre is a Cardiff-based company, with 14 shops throughout Wales. The initial feedback to the opening has been great and it is wonderful to be making friends with new customers from Day One.”
Sarah added: “It is lovely to be working in the St Elli Shopping Centre. The footfall here is great with plenty of people walking through the centre. It’s wonderful to meet customers and friends old and new.”
