The network will advise on policy and practice, help raise awareness of LGBT issues in the workplace, provide confidential reporting and peer support for staff and support LGBT Staff develop their skills and careers.
Chris Wright, Director of Corporate Services, said: “The Equality and Diversity team are working hard to ensure that Hywel Dda Health Board becomes a leading organisation for diversity.
“Every member of our staff has a role to play and we are delighted with how much progress has already been made.”
Anne, from Withybush Hospital, said : “I’m proud to be working for an organisation committed to improving equality and diversity and striving toward an inclusive working environment where staff are able to be themselves.”
