Nant Fach, Llangranog, New Quay: Appliances from Newcastle Emlyn and New Quay attended a road traffic collision involving a pick up truck and a JCB fast track vehicle at Nant Fach, Llangranog. Fire Service released one male casualty using cutting equipment. The casualty was taken to hospital by ambulance.

Cwrt y Gollen Barracks, Crickhowell: An appliance from Crickhowell attended a gas leak at the Cwrt y Gollen Barracks in the town, caused by workmen collecting hay. The leak was isolated and properties nearby were advised to remain indoors, keeping windows and doors closed. The A40 was closed as a precaution. South Wales Fire and Rescue Service provided an appliance from Brynmawr as support.

Outside Dawnus at the rear of Amazon, Ffordd Amazon, Swansea: Appliances from Swansea Central and Neath attended a road traffic collision involving an overturned lorry outside Dawnus at the rear of Amazon, Ffordd Amazon, Swansea. Fire crews used hydraulic cutting equipment to free one male casualty trapped in the lorry who was then taken to hospital by ambulance.

Westfield Court, Saundersfoot: Appliances from Tenby attended a fire in the bedroom of a flat at a property in Saundersfoot. The fire was extinguished prior to the Fire Service´s arrival and the crews used a thermal imaging camera to inspect the area. Fire Service used oxygen therapy to treat two people for smoke inhalation.

B4385 to Castle Caereinion: Appliances from Welshpool attended a road traffic collision on B4385, Castle Caereinion involving a commercial van which had overturned. Fire Service used hydraulic rescue equipment to release one male trapped in the vehicle. The casualty was assessed by paramedics, with air ambulance also on the scene.

Near Rhydyffynnon Farm and Park Lane Farm, Ffairfach, Llandeilo: Swift Water Rescue teams from Carmarthen and Swansea Central were joined by appliances from Llandeilo to rescue an adult male and a dog from stuck in a vehicle in a fast flowing river in Ffairfach. A Tirfor Winch, strops and lines were used to pull the vehicle free.

Junction of B4586 and A4075 near Yerbeston, Narbeth: Appliances from Narbeth and Tenby attended a road traffic collision involving two private motor vehicles at the junction of B4586 and A4075 in Narbeth. Two people were released by the Fire Service using cutting gear, small gear and stabilisation equipment. Two other people were released from the vehicles prior to the Fire Service attending. Three casualties were taken to hospital by ambulance.

Bridge Street, Hay on Wye: Swift Water Rescue teams from Hay on Wye and Swansea Central and crews from Brecon and Glynneath were called to rescue four people from the river at Bridge Street as a canoe became stuck at the foot of the bridge. Life jackets, throw lines, hose inflation and small gear used in the rescue operation.

Farmers Row, Felinfoel, Llanelli: Appliances from Llanelli attended a road traffic collision involving two cars at Farmers Row in Felinfoel. One male casualty was quickly released from a vehicle and treated by the Fire Service and Air Ambulance. A female casualty was also taken to hospital.
