Wales’ Hidden Harvest” is a film about the wealth of fish that is caught around our coast, the lives of those that work in the industry and what happens to the catch. Simon begins his journey in the Menai Strait and travels down the Welsh coast finishing in Burry Port meeting Welsh fishermen and understanding just what happens to all the fantastic produce from our Welsh waters, and just how we can get our hands on it. Simon will be available to answer your questions following the film.
