Champion trainer on way to Ffos Las?

So far, Britain's champion trainer has kept his powder relatively dry at the country's newest racecourse.
But, this Sunday, Paul Nicholls may send his horses in bigger numbers than before from his stables to Somerset to west Wales.
He has been a big enthusiast about the new track, though he has restricted his runners to just two horses since it opened in June.
When the entries for this weekend's seven races were revealed on Monday, Welsh trainers who are in the ascendancy at present were well represented, along with some of their colleagues from Ireland.
The feature race is the £15,000 Lindley Catering At Ffos Las Handicap Chase.
Among the possible runners is trainer Evan Williams's well-regarded horse William Butler who created a sensation last year by winning four races in the space of 11 days. When trying to make it five wins in a row, the nine-year-old then had to give best to Snoopy Loopy, owned by Dai Walters whose Walters Group developed Ffos Las Racecourse.
The opening race is at 1.10pm, while the finale is at 4.20pm. Before racing begins, the crowds will be entertained by a jazz band.
Ffos Las's General Manager Colin Owens said: "We're really getting into the heart of the jump racing season now. The big names - racehorse owners, trainers and jockeys - are discovering the delights of Ffos Las and West Wales, providing us with great sport, so we are looking forward to welcoming another large crowd of spectators on Sunday."
Tickets for Ffos Las's three remaining fixtures in 2009 can be bought online at www.ffoslasracecourse.com or by calling 01554 811092. The quickest way to purchase tickets is online. Tickets can be purchased in advance for £16 per person. On-the-day admission is £17. Children under 16 are always admitted free when accompanied by an adult.
Remaining fixtures in 2009 (all jump racing): Sunday 8 November; Monday 23 November; Monday 21 December.
