New home for Red Kite Law commercial team

The newest and biggest law firm in West Wales, Red Kite Law, has moved one wing of its business into the new high-tech Bridge Innovation Centre (BIC) in Pembroke Dock.
The building, originally set up as a Technium and now rebranded as BIC, now houses the Pembrokeshire Commercial department team of Red Kite Law.
“It’s another bold move by Red Kite Law,” said managing partner Luke Smith. “The Pembrokeshire commercial team is now in a state-of-the-art 21st century building delivering 21st century quality services to our clients.
“The move is part of our commitment to provide excellent client service. The BIC, near Cleddau Bridge, is a modern, purpose-built complex with state-of-the-art IT infrastructure, on-site parking and all the modern facilities you would expect from a progressive and forward thinking law firm.
“The new office facilities will help us in delivering the first class legal services that our clients expect from us and in the months to come we will be holding a number of seminars and other events at the BIC.”
Red Kite Law has been established through the merger of two long-established law firms in South West Wales – Lowless & Lowless and Morris Roberts.
Mr Smith added: “Red Kite Law combines long experience and a passion for personal service with a modern approach to legal services for individuals, families, and businesses of every size. We may be a big law firm, but we still hold our core values of providing that personal service to our customers.
"We are able to offer specialist advice across a wide range of legal disciplines at very competitive rates.
“Today, Red Kite Law stands up there as the newest and biggest law firm in South West Wales. We have 15 partners and a total headcount of 120, with seven offices spread across Pembrokeshire and Carmarthenshire."

Lowless & Lowless was formed in 1898 and, since its centenary year, saw significant expansion which included the acquisition of a number of practices including Paul Settatree & Co, Walter Williams Solicitors and Rogers-Haggar. Morris Roberts was formed on the 1st of April 1999 following the merger of two established Carmarthen firms, Morris Lloyd and J C Williams and Roberts. The team at Red Kite Law can be contacted on 01267 239000 and 01437 763332 or through the website at www.redkitelaw.co.uk The full postal address of the Red Kite Law offices at the BIC is as follows: Red Kite Law LLP Bridge Innovation Centre Pembrokeshire Science and Technology Park Pembroke Dock Pembrokeshire SA72 6UN Relevant post and telephones will be diverted to the new offices and therefore customers will be able to contact Red Kite Law in the usual way. So the white elephant that is the Technium/BIC or whatever they're calling it now has at least one tenant.

It's a start. Let's hope other businesses start to use the building.
